Parliament International Limited was established in 1989. Having always been based in and around North London, initially we supplied aluminium safety-feature easy-open ends to the European market.
Over the years, our product range has expanded to a wide variety of can components and packaging items. Alongside our product range, our contact list has steadily grown to a worldwide network of commercial partners and over 30 years later we still retain strong relations with our partners looking positively to the future.
In recent years, we have received more enquires for empty metal cans or unfilled cans. We now actively supply these to the specialist food and the home canning market.
Whilst it’s important to maintain and grow our traditional business, we also look to new markets, new & innovative products and new commercial partners. We welcome interesting opportunities and approaches. Our team is eager to find new markets and will devote time to ensure it is a success.

Mark joined Parliament in 2010 after working in property development. Mark focuses on forging long-term business relationships based upon customer service and strong communication. Mark is responsible for the day to day running of the business. In his spare time, Mark is busy with his young family but enjoys going to watch Tottenham Hotspur.
Robin is the newest member of the team and impresses customers and suppliers with his helpfulness. Robin enjoys making things happen, both in a sales and admin way. Robin's passions outside work are Cricket, Gardening and Music Quizzes.
David was key in setting the business up in 1989. With 40 years experience in the metal-can business, David is also fluent in 3 languages. David is enjoying his retirement, but is still eager to pass on his wisdom to the rest of the team and works as a consultant to the business. David’s favourite hobbies are singing, skiing and worldwide travel.
Robert set up the company in 1989 along with David. Robert no longer gets involved with the day-to-day running of the company, but is involved in the background, overseeing the company as a whole and implementing strategies. Robert likes to spend time in his ‘other’ home in Italy.
